At Maple City Music, we are committed to providing fast, reliable shipping and careful packaging to ensure your music arrives safely and in the condition you expect.

Order Processing
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 business hours of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods
Orders are typically shipped via USPS and include tracking information. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once their order has been dispatched.
Packaging
Vinyl records, CDs, cassettes, and collectibles are carefully packaged with protective shipping materials and record mailers to help prevent damage in transit. Every order is packed with the same care and attention that collectors expect for their own collections.
Each order includes a handwritten thank-you note from the owner as a token of appreciation for supporting an independent, veteran-owned business.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, dimensions, and selected shipping method. Customers will see all applicable shipping costs before completing their purchase.
Combined Shipping
Maple City Music automatically combines eligible items purchased in the same order whenever possible. Shipping charges are calculated based on the total order and package requirements, helping customers receive the most efficient available shipping rates.
Orders containing multiple items will typically be packaged together to reduce shipping costs and ensure safe delivery.
Free Shipping
Maple City Music offers free standard shipping on qualifying U.S. orders of $100 or more.
Customers also receive complimentary Maple City Music stickers with every order, and qualifying orders over $100 currently receive a complimentary Maple City Music patch while supplies last.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on location and carrier performance. Once an order has been shipped, Maple City Music is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, postal disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Maple City Music is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please get in touch with us at walter@maplecitymusic.com as soon as possible at walter@maplecitymusic.com.
We may request photographs of the item and packaging to assist with evaluating the issue and filing carrier claims when necessary. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
